(no steps) with private entrance and garden overlooking sheep meadows.
It is ideal for the elderly, infirm and wheelchair users.

all year round, great for the summer, the centrally-heated cottage is
also suitable for winter holidays and those visiting the Exeter area
for family or business reasons. Easily accessed from the M5, it is a
perfect base from which to discover the West Country for those wanting
active breaks or quiet rural retreats. The spectacular East Devon
coastline, from Lyme Regis to Torquay and Exmoor and Dartmoor are
within an hour's drive. The historic cathedral and university city of
Exeter offers many visitor attractions, high quality shopping and
entertainment for all ages.
2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with twin beds)
can sleep 4 people plus cot. Duvets, linen, towels, cot and high chair,
hot water and oil central heating included in the price. Electricity
payable by meter.
