shopping and various dining. We are sandwiched between Dartmoor and Exmoor
National Parks with nearest beach, Dawlish, approximately 35 minutes drive.
North Devon coastline is 60 minutes away.

The four 'cottage style' apartments are well furnished and equipped with

Annually, in February, you can catch a glimpse of small flock of Lleyns
lambing in the barn.
