17th Century Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast
Charming Bed and Breakfast with Views Across The Exe Valley
Quoit-at-Cross is a 17th Century Farmhouse with many charming features and is located near Tiverton. We are situated in the centre of the peaceful village of Stoodleigh. As you approach the village along the beautiful, winding road (formerly the private drive to the Manor House), you begin to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The village is very peaceful and with the absence of street lighting, the views of the night sky are just amazing!
All the guest rooms have panormaic views across the village and the Exe Valley.
The Summer Scent Room has a kingsize bed and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the wonderful peace and tranquility. There is a luxury ensuite bath and shower room with complimentary toiletries.
The Country Diary Room is another large triple aspect room with a double & single bed. The views from this room are fantastic! There is a new ensuite shower room with modern facilities and complimentary toiletries.
The third room is the Romany Room, another well appointed room with lovely views, a double bed and ensuite shower etc.
All three rooms have a refreshment tray, flatscreen TV and individual heating.
Inglenook Dining Room
The Inglenook fireplace is a stunning feature in the dining room, complet with bread oven and a large woodburner (lit in the chillier months). The Farmhouse breakfast served has plenty of choice and special diets can be catered for.
Enjoy one of our two course Farmhouse Suppers (by arrangement) and bring your own wine if you wish!
There is a lounge for exclusive use of our guests, complete with flatscreen TV, games and books etc.
