Hele Barton is a traditional working farm set amid the rolling Mid-Devon countryside between Dartmoor & Exmoor. Peaceful and unspoilt, but within easy travelling distance to explore all parts of our lovely county of Devon.

The Gillbard's have farmed here for four generations, a beef and sheep farm where in summer you can watch the binder cut the corn as in the old days.

We offer you the choice of a picturesque chocolate box thatched cottage with bags of character situated down by the river with a garden opening onto fields for you to wander at leisure. It has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6.

Our barn conversion is situated at the entrance to our farmyard with its own garden. It has 2 family ensuite bedrooms. Great place all year round.

Both are perfect just for a couple or families.

Plenty of bird life to see, even a kingfisher and of course buzzards which are a common sight. A perfect base to relax and unwind.
