The house is a recently renovated traditional Devonshire cob and stone building, nestling in a niche at the top of Exeter Hill, Tiverton, at the end of a long farm track. A narrow entrance leads to a small courtyard car park fronting the house, with wonderful views overlooking Devon's rolling countryside.

 

Explore Exmoor, Dartmoor and other jewels of Devon by day, and come home to large comfy bedrooms, excellent quality food and a relaxing and informal atmosphere. The bedrooms are light and airy, equipped with hot drink making facilities, bottled water, hairdryers, and are centrally heated. The en-suite bathrooms are warm and bathrobes, thick towels and toiletries help make your stay special.

 

For days relaxing at home, guests have use of a sitting room with television, video, lots of books, games and the glowing wood-burning stove, or you may choose to take in the view from the garden.

You could bring your horse on holiday here and watch him eating breakfast while you enjoy yours in the dining room, overlooking the stable block!
