Weir Mill Farm

Apppoximately 3 miles from M5 (J27) or (J28) Weir Mill Farm has luxurious rooms, beautiful views, peaceful surroundings set in the beautiful Culm Valley, yet is within walking distance of Willand village centre and Pub. The house is surrounded by 100 acres of farmland and has a large enclosed garden and ample parking.

The farmhouse offers spacious accommodation which consists of a family room with en-suite (1 double and 1 single bed, or let as a twin), a double room en-suite and a double room with a private bathroom. Each room has colour TV, tea making facilities, electric blanket, hair dryer and heating. Guests have the use of a comfortable lounge at all times which has a colour television.

We do have a no-smoking policy through-out the house.

Ideal for touring the Westcountry with easy access to many places of interest, including the Cathedral City of Exeter, South Devon seaside resorts, Dartmoor, Exmoor and the North Devon Coast. The town of Cullompton is 3 miles away and Tiverton is approximately 7 miles away. Riding, swimming, golf, tennis and many good restaurants are all available as are places of Historic Interest, National Trust Properties and Gardens.
